How do I earn Sparky Club rewards?
It’s simple. Just purchase participating S-Tech products from approved providers and upload your invoice through the Sparky Club platform to redeem your rewards.

Can I earn Sparky Club rewards no matter where I purchase my products?
No. Sparky Club rewards are only available for eligible items purchased through the approved provider channel.
Who can participate in Sparky Club?
Available to electrical contractors purchasing from S-Tech authorised electrical wholesalers.
How much can I earn on Sparky Club?
Points in The Program are accumulated for valid purchases by the Participant of Program Approved Products. 1 Point is equivalent to $1. A Participant will accrue Points at the rate of 4% of the total purchase price of their Program Approved Product(s) (ex GST) (rounded down to the nearest whole dollar). The total purchase price for the purpose of calculating Points excludes delivery and other service charges and adjusted for any refunds or credits. For example, if a Participant purchases $100.99 worth of Program Approved Products, they will accrue 4 Points for that purchase, equivalent to $4.
Participants will also receive an initial $20 sign-up bonus for the first $250 they spend on Program Approved Products after they register into the loyalty program. This bonus offer can only be redeemed once by each Participant.
Participants must accumulate a minimum of $100 worth of Points to be eligible to submit a claim for a Reward as per clause 4 below.
Can I upload past invoices to my account?
Only invoices dated within 60 days of the upload date are eligible for Sparky Club. This 60 day window also applies from the date you sign up.
MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT
How do I sign up for Sparky Club?
Visit https://sparkyclub.com.au and hit “Sign up.” Follow the steps to create your account and start earning. Your membership is subject to approval from S-Tech.
CASHING OUT
How much do I need in my account before I can cash out?
To receive your first Sparky Club reward you must accumulate a minimum of $100 cash back.
Is there a minimum cash-out value?
Yes. The minimum value per Visa card redemption is $100.
How long does it take for my reward to appear?
Once your invoice is uploaded, it can take up to 3 business days to show in your account. It will then be in a “pending” state for 60 days before it becomes available to cash out.
Are there any fees for using Sparky Club?
No. There are no fees to earn or redeem your rewards.
Can I redeem Sparky Club for other rewards?
No. Sparky Club rewards can only be redeemed as digital Visa cards.
How do I activate my Visa card?
When you cash out, you’ll receive an email with clear instructions. Just follow the steps to activate and start spending.
Can I request a physical Visa card?
No. This program offers digital-only Visa cards, which work both online and in-store when added to your phone wallet.
How long is my Visa card valid?
Your prepaid digital Visa card is valid for 12 months from the date it’s issued.
Can I get cash out with the Visa card?
No. These digital Visa cards can’t be used to withdraw cash or access ATMs. They’re for purchases only.
Can I transfer what I earn through Sparky Club to someone else?
No. Rewards are not transferable between accounts. Once an invoice is claimed, it can’t be reused or transferred.

How do I unsubscribe from Sparky Club promotional emails?
Just click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.
What date are eligible invoices able to be claimed?
You can submit invoices that are dated from 10 June 2025.
