S-TECH LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL
- This document contains the Terms and Conditions of the S-Tech Loyalty Program (The “Program”). By registering into the Program, all Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other terms, conditions, policies, notices or disclaimers including information published on the website: www.sparkyclub.com.au (“Website”), as amended from time to time (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”).
- The Program is a digital based customer engagement program provided by S-Tech Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 25 162 575 804) and where applicable, an approved agent authorised to carry out all or part of The Program on behalf of S-Tech Holdings Pty Ltd (collectively “S-Tech”).
- The Program is exclusively reserved for electrical contractors invited by S-Tech to participate who meet the qualification criteria outlined in clause 1.5 to be eligible for membership in the Program (“Membership”) by S-Tech.
- A “Electrical Wholesaler” is any Australian business that sells the Program Approved Products (defined below). A full list of Electrical Wholesalers can be viewed on the Website. Electrical Wholesalers may change from time to time.

To qualify for Membership to The Program applicants must satisfy the following criteria:
- Have a valid email address, a current Australian Business Number (ABN) and a valid Australian Electrical Contractors licence;
- Agree to receive marketing communications from S-Tech, with the ability to unsubscribe;
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions;
- Meet any commercial, cash or credit terms for relevant Electrical Wholesaler accounts.

For the avoidance of doubt, a Participant:
- Does not include resellers or persons purchasing for resale (except installation-based resale);
- May include electricians, electrical businesses, builders or developers involved in installation and servicing;
- Does not include members of the public or unqualified persons.
- The Program promotes S-Tech products available through Electrical Wholesalers (“Program Approved Products”). Exclusions may apply as listed on the Website.
- Each Participant can only have one Membership.
- The Program commenced on 10 June 2025 and continues until further notice.
- S-Tech may amend Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
- S-Tech may extend, suspend or terminate the Program at any time.
- Wholesalers may suspend participation in the Program at any time.
- Notices may be given via email, SMS, post or Website updates.
- Information is provided in good faith but no liability is accepted for errors.
- Participant data remains property of S-Tech.
- Consumer guarantees under Australian law are not excluded.
- Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
- The governing law is Western Australia.
- Rights may be exercised or assigned at any time.
PARTICIPATION
- Participation is open to eligible Participants aged 18+.
- Employees and related parties of S-Tech are not eligible.
- Registration requires completion of the online form.
- Participants must provide valid email details.
- Receipts must include required tax invoice details as listed in the original document.
- Fraudulent claims may result in suspension or disqualification.
REWARD POINTS
- Points are earned at 4% of purchase value. 1 Point = $1 equivalent.
- A $20 sign-up bonus applies to first $250 spend.
- Minimum 100 Points required for redemption.
- Points are non-transferable and non-cash.
- Points expire after 1 year.
REWARD CLAIMS
- Rewards are digital VISA cards.
- Claims require approval and may take up to 30 days.
- Rewards delivered within 30 business days after approval.

PRIVACY

TERMINATION
- S-Tech may terminate membership at any time for breach or inactivity.
- Points are forfeited upon termination.
